How long will it take to receive my order?

If you order a ready made piece it will ship in 2-3 days (usually sooner). If you are ordering a custom piece you can expect a 3-6 week turn around, depending on various factors. If wait time is an issue please let me know when you place your order so we can work on the time frame.

What is your return policy?

No returns on custom pieces, including but not limited to stamped pieces and custom size pieces. That said I always want you to be happy with what you ordered so message me if you are not 100% thrilled and we will try to find a solution.

What materials do you use?

If it's silver in color, it's almost always sterling silver, sometimes fine silver on my bezels.
I occasionally use some yellow gold, 14k, 18k, as well as 22k.
And, last but not least, I also use copper on occasion.
I do not stamp my work .925 because last time I looked into it, there was a lot of red tape involved in doing it properly. I may change that in the future.
I also use stones and other materials to embellish my pieces, I do not limit myself to types of stones, only to items that I, as well as my clients find beautiful, and/or meaningful. I have created jewelry with everything from a piece of gravel from someone's driveway, to loved one's ashes, to a piece of a rainbow bridge pet's favorite toy. Just ask me and we'll see if it can't be done!

Do you have a privacy policy?

I sure do! Your info will never, ever be shared or sold, or used for anything other than business relating to Sunstone Designs.

Which shipping services do you use?

Primarily USPS, if you need something different, please message me.
For most packages I ship first class, I found I am able to upgrade my packaging AND purchase better insurance going that route. I may choose to ship multiple items separately, if I do I will contact you to let you know to be watching for multiple parcels. I am working on a system to automatically notify you of your tracking info but as of right now that is manual and not a perfect system, meaning, sometimes, I forget.
Again, if you need something different, including international shipping, please message me!
I insure my packages, if something is damaged please contact me immediately and do NOT throw anything away, we will need pictures for the claim.

What guarantees do you offer?

I guarantee all of the metal work for as long as you own the piece. If something that I made fails for any normal wear and tear issues, I will fix it free of charge. I do not guarantee stones that have experienced any rough treatment, or any metal that has been subjected to anything other than normal wear and tear. All that said, I strive to keep good relationships with my customers and have you come back for more of my work, so talk to me, let me know what's going on and we'll see if we can come up with a solution.
